The pavilion is a purpose built multi-functional business lounge and cafe' which has been added to an existing business park to supplement functions usually housed within a tenants rented space. The facility houses a restaurant, formal and informal meeting facilities and an outside terrace. This facility is used by all the tenants and outside visitors. The design was very much focused on indoor / outdoor living and completely changed the social and work interactions within the office park.
